【收听收获】荷兰SDR实战案例二：城市电台、以莉.高露和小倩

撰写本文带着我回到了2013年某一天，我坐在中国东部一小城的家里，在电脑上打开荷兰特顿大学的SDR收音机，慵懒地喝着咖啡，收听着SDR收音机接收到的远在德国的一家小功率短波电台的音乐广播~~~这就是我的收音机人生。

On September 20,2013, Tom Taylor of European Music Radio sent me an email annouced in advance of the schedule of Radio City  & Rockliveradio this weekend as usual.

2013年9月20日，周五。和往常一样，欧洲音乐电台的汤姆.泰勒发来电邮，预告周末城市电台和摇滚直播电台的播出时间。

So I waiting to tune Radio City today(Sep.21,2013) before 0800 UTC, use an on-line remote SDR receiver in University of Twente, Enschede,  Netherlands .The Signal is quite good,at begining before 0800 male annoucement with "IRRS Shortwave Signing on" , followed up  motor-car engine sound and "Radio City" ID and annoucement,mainly music and songs in 1960s ,Jazz,Country,Rock and so on, not familiar with these songs.When I am listening and recording, I just write down my reception report, just with simple words as " man singing... female singing", not a single name of any songs. But thing changed on 0832 UTC, the host play a Chinese song,never expect that ! The female song is very nice,peaceful and touching, I never  heard it but I was atracted, I want to know what is the song and who is the singer,so I baidu and goole some piece of lyrics,"a little time to have a rest between coffee,and a little time awake in coffee",it's "Rest" by a Taiwanese singer Ilid Kaolo,soon I finished my reception report and emailed it.

于是我就在今天(2013年9月21日)1600-1700开始，通过荷兰特顿大学的在线SDR接收机守听这个节目。信号很强，节目开始前是意大利IRRS转播台的台呼“IRRS短波转播现在开始”，紧接着是引擎发动的声音，开始了城市电台的广播节目，主要是六十年代的爵士、乡村、摇滚等歌曲，我都不熟悉这些歌曲。我边听边录音边写收听报告，只是记录下简单的“男声歌曲、女声歌曲”，连歌名也都不知道，直到16:32时突然播放了一首中文歌曲，我一下子提起神仔细收听，歌曲没听过也不熟悉歌手，但歌曲很平和动听，于是我就用百度和古歌了我听到的几句歌词，“还有一点时间在咖啡之间休息，还有一点时间在咖啡之间清醒”，很快查到这是台湾的以莉.高露演唱的“休息”，很快我就完成了一份完整的收听报告并电邮给了电台。

上面的音频，就是台湾歌手以莉.高露演唱的休息，小倩演唱的一瞬间，以及2013年9月21日城市电台开始15分钟左右的录音，现在是2016年6月9日，端午节傍晚，祝各们平安，收听快乐！

Ilid Kaolo, known to her friends as Xiao Mei, is a Amis (Pangcah) aborigine from the tribal village of Jinalu’an in Hualian County. She has a bright and beautiful face, and her pure, resonant voice conveys a dreamy langour. 

Like many other Taiwanese aborigines, when she was young she came to live in Taipei. She performed all over with first the Formosa Aboriginal Song and Dance Troupe and then Wild Fire Music. Several years ago, she joined the Hohak Band, and along with their lead vocalist Chen Guanyu and others she got into organic rice farming, becoming a musician who planted rice with her left hand and wrote songs with her right. And when she returned to live in her home village in Hualian County for a time Ilid’s tender feelings for her home were renewed and her creative fires were set alight, inspiring her to write songs in her mother tongue. After moving to Nan’ao in Ilan County, she started to turn the many twists and turns of her life into song after song. Not only does she portray the moods of urban women, she uses original Amis songs to narrate the story of her family and people. At the same time she conveys how after becoming a farmer who uses natural agricultural methods, amidst the busy farming life of planting and weeding, every moment is unique and brimming with light.

最美丽无忧与搔动灵魂的创作女声以莉高露，昵称小美，是花莲吉纳路安部落的阿美族。 如同许多原住民一样，早期她来到了台北生活，先后随着“原舞者”与“野火乐集”乐团在各地演唱，在许多乐迷心里留下深刻印象。数年前，她加入了“好客爱吃饭”乐团，并与主唱陈冠宇等人投入台东池上的有机稻米栽植，成为了左手种稻、右手写歌的音乐人一员。

And Ilid reminds me another Chinese female singer Lijiang Xiaoqian,one of her songs titled "Instant" touch my heart instantly when I arrived in Lijiang City last November.This evening I play these songs again and again, reminded one day of last November when I was sitting in a tea-bar in old city Lijiang, looking sunlight penetrates the tree,let time flow slowly,and till streetlights lit, boys and girls tap drum and singing......And here I would like share with you ( just click the web-link and listen on-line  ):

以莉让我想起了另一个中国女歌手小倩，她的一首“一瞬间”就是在2012年夜游丽江古城时，被当地夜景和大街小巷充斥的这首歌的节拍一瞬间触动，再听这两首曲，仿佛回到丽江，午间懒洋洋地坐在茶吧听着这首“休息”，看着阳光穿过树隙，时间悄悄流逝，一直到华灯初上，街上热闹起来，人们敲着手鼓唱着歌......听收音机听歌，想到的是同样的慵懒，同样的好时光~~

回到城市电台，在我发出电邮的收听报告不到一小时(确切地说是54分钟后)，我就收到了电台回复的电邮：
